Householder's Record Card

Householders were asked to complete one of these so that Wardens would know where people might be found if they had to leave their homes during an air raid. The card has space for details of all the individuals in the household, and the address of alternative accommodation in an emergency. It also asks about the availability of two pieces of equipment that were especially relevant to an air raid situation – a stirrup pump and a ladder.
